Terms of Use

Facely is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms below apply in addition to it.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Facely. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Acceptable use
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right and the subject's permission to use. You must not use Facely to:
- create content depicting a real person without their consent, including sexual, defamatory or misleading depictions;
- create content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context;
- impersonate someone, or create material intended to deceive, harass or defraud;
- generate content that is illegal where you live, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service or its APIs.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.
3. Credits, subscriptions and payment
- Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of each generation depends on the AI model used and is shown before you confirm.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not redeemable for money.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the photos you upload and the content you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example, sending it to the AI provider that produces your result and storing it in your history. We do not sell your content and do not use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. AI output
AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unrealistic. Facely is provided for entertainment and creative purposes. You are responsible for how you use, publish or share generated content.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using Facely at any time and delete your account from the app settings. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion.
